Most people come to us with a price already in hand. Nine times out of ten, it's the price they wanted, not the price it'll actually cost.
The trouble is that a price and an expectation are not the same thing, and only one of them tends to get written down. We would rather find out early which house you are actually picturing, and tell you what it costs, than discover the gap somewhere around framing.
A few builders have given the industry a bad reputation. I'd like to be the exception.
