Featured in the 2017 Utah Valley Parade of Homes, this home presents bold lines, clean aesthetic and a well-thought-out floor plan to create a fresh design and make an architectural statement in the Berkshires.
The home is filled with oversized windows to captivate the beautifully framed Wasatch Front mountain views. The floor plan strikes seamless indoor/outdoor living throughout while prioritizing true open-concept living. Organic materials fill the home to bring warmth and texture to the interior as well as exterior design.
This family-friendly, fully custom home includes features such as a pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, court, golf simulator, gym, entertainment space, piano + musical stage, trampoline, and a rock climbing wall.
Completed in 2017 under Ezra Lee Design + Build, with Derek as the sole representative on the project.
